Dell YT581 ML6000 Controller Card With Flash

I had a failed Powervault ML6000 that would not initialize, no boot sequence was presented on the display, no output was received from the COM port, No lights were present on the controller card. I was certain it was the controller card, but Dell has an inventory hold on this item for internal support requirements. I no longer have a warranty so I was unable to get the item from Dell. I ordered this item and after installing it (as received) the device booted properly, and I was able to reconfigure it (as if new) and reattach it to my Symantec Backup Exec server to resume backup and disaster recovery operations.
