Dell ATX0300D5WB 300Watt Desktop Power Supply for server

I ordered this product for my Dad. Order status sat at pending for a day until I called to verify order. Then order status sat as being fulfilled for a couple of days. I sent in status requests and they were answered but were vague. They said "I'll update you when shipped" but I received no update and the status did not change. I canceled the order and then they told me that the order has shipped. I did not trust them so I ordered another power supply from another vendor. The other PS go to my Dad's first (it works great) so this one that I ordered has not been installed and quite frankly I don't want to talk to this company again so the part I ordered from Delta Tech Store is sitting at Dad's right now - hopefully it will work if he ever needs another one.
